Privacy notice

What we collect

• The brief form: your name, email, store URL if you add it, and your message.
• Booking a call: the details you enter on the booking calendar.

This site has no analytics or advertising trackers of its own.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and to hold the call you asked for. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Who handles it

• Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request data such as IP addresses.
• Resend delivers form messages to our inbox.
• Cal.com runs the booking calendar, which loads from cal.com when you reach that part of the page. Its own privacy policy and cookies apply there.
• Microsoft hosts our email. If a form message cannot be delivered, an alert containing it may go to a Google mailbox we use.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under their own transfer safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the work and our legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email us and we will respond. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
